The following openings were sent to me.  I don't personally know anyone
suited for either position, but I thought I'd help the fellow out.

For the technical lead (developer):

3+ years experience with any of PHP, Ruby, or Python in web development
2+ years database development or design (MySQL or PGSQL)
Ability to get started right away with the project with 0 ramp-up time.

Estimated salary for this experience level: $50,000/year

For the design lead:

3+ years designing websites
*Demonstrated* ability to design XHTML-compliant, well-spaced and
competent designs with CSS and (X)HTML.
A strong portfolio of designs
Ability to design icons and stock graphics from scratch (important to
enable the site to have it's *own* look and feel, not a copied one.
Good understanding of interface design.

Estimated salary: $40,000/year
