Working Title: Systems Specialist

Summary of Duties:
Serves as Technical Support Specialist in the College of Biological
Sciences; works as part of a team to provide end-user support for
faculty, staff and students of the College; configures and maintains
Windows and Macintosh computers and printers; troubleshoots software
and hardware issues; helps implement University and College standards
and best practices for security and data integrity; proactively
identifies and communicates potential problems and opportunities for
improvement.

Target Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 Annually
