Innova Partners, a downtown web development company, is currently  
looking for an experienced web developer. We serve a number of local  
and national clients, mostly focusing on the healthcare industry,  
developing web based applications and a few desktop apps. We are  
primarily a php shop but also do work in rails and python.

Candidates should have experience in MVC web application development  
(most of our projects are in PHP/ZendFramework, however we also do  
some Rails and Python apps). We've got a great DBA for tougher  
database problems, but you should know how to do moderately complex  
database queries and joins. Experience with cross browser css and  
javascript is a plus, as is AJAX/JavaScript programming. We run linux  
on almost all of our server's, so knowing your way around a linux box  
is a good thing. We use subversion to manage projects, so knowledge of  
that is a plus. We're also OS agnostic with employees working on  
linux, windows and mac boxes, and new hires can choose whatever box  
they want.
