   This position provides primary support for network administration,
which requires advanced troubleshooting skills and logical decision
making.  Specifically, this person will support the Zane State Campus
and Willett Pratt Training Center environments including NetWare, Linux
and Windows servers, virtualization, LDAP, and related services (e.g.,
iPrint, iFolder, ZENworks, GroupWise and BackupExec).  The Analyst will
also maintain and monitor enterprise systems, including Storage Area
Networks, Network Attached Storage, packet shaper appliances, switches,
routers, firewalls and all other network hardware deemed necessary.     
                                This position also provides support for
electronic security and analysis.  Specifically, the Analyst will adhere
to all developed security strategies to protect the integrity of campus
data infrastructure, systems, applications and physical assets.  They
will enforce all security policies for addressing prevention, detection,
containment and deterrence.  QUALIFICATIONS:     Bachelor's degree in
computer science, information technology, management information systems
or other technology related field is required; an associate's degree
will be considered with the equivalent relevant work experience. 
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified
Novell Engineer (CNE) or other industry recognized network or security
related certification highly desired.  A minimum of three years hands-on
experience supporting network administration and/or security functions
in an enterprise network required.  Experience in the higher education
environment preferred.  EMPLOYMENT:          This is a 12-month,
professional staff position.  Excellent benefits including medical,
