[COLUG] Bugzilla: report Apache slow connect due to bug in Red Hat GUI tool

Looking at Bugzilla and searching for "http config", I see a whole bunch
of entries.  That in itself is not a good thing.  Basically, the GUI
config for http.conf is broken in a great many ways.  It seems to be
breaking lots of things.  Too many to go into here.  Suffice to say, it
seems most folks would be better off editing it by hand.

For further details, please see Bugzilla on the issue.  I made no
specific entries in Bugzilla as it seems quite broke and they know about
it.
