[COLUG] Apache Problem

I am running SuSE9.0/KDE3.2.1/Apache2.  Suddenly, unaccountable the

URL  http://127.0.0.1/~chemistry/cgi-bin/webmo/login.cgi 

is resulting in:
 
Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your
request. 

Error message: 
Premature end of script headers: login.cgi 

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

I have made no changes to the sytem.

How do I restore access to the URL?
