Mailing List Issues

I noticed a few issues since the maintenance:
* Web admin interface not available.
* Archives not available.
* Reply-to munging not happening (personally I'm ok with this).
* Time on the server is one hour behind.

I am also having trouble with the email admin interface.  I sent an
email to colug-request at colug.net with the subject "set delivery off",
but the response was as follows:

The results of your email command are provided below. Attached is your
original message.

    Not authenticated
    Usage:
<snip>    
I guess maybe I am supposed to supply my password, but I don't see how
in the usage or on the mailman web page that documents this option [1]. 
In the meantime I am recieving two copies of every message.
