When you don't see your email on the list immediately, 
wait several hours before reposting. 
If your email appears in the archive,

Those first letters look like spam to Yahoo. 
SBC and Yahoo are in bed together, 
so maybe SBC is blocking you from receiving it from the list. 
Check your "Bulk" folder.
