Even if the censors successfully maintained secrecy and the kids did not 
find censorship discussions on the web, I think the kids would figure it 
out eventually. This is more of a people issue than a technology issue. 

_Secret_ censorship is probably counterproductive. 
_Overt_ censorship with logging makes the kids accountable.
