[COLUG] Youtube Caching

Not specifically Linux-related, but...

Since the release of the Linux beta of Flash Player 9, I have been playing
around with Youtube a bit more. The site is driving me crazy when I add
videos to favorite lists and playlists. New videos sometimes show up in my
lists, and on the next page they'll be gone. Actions will seem to "not
happen" until a few clicks later. Basically, behavior that is indicative of
some kind of (broken) caching somewhere. I suppose it could be on Youtube's
end or any other ISP anywhere along the line, but my operating assumption is
that then it would affect lots of people and therefore at least we would hear
about it, if not have something done. So my question to my fellow central
Ohioans is this, especially if you have Time Warner Columbus (Road Runner) as
an ISP: do you see this issue too and do you know anything about it?
