You're dealing with line-level signals to amplified speakers, no?  You 
shouldn't need an amplifier.

This is about as simple as it gets, and meets your other requirements.

Get as many 1/8" stereo cables as you need (search for part numbers
240-09[5-8], depending on length), with 1/8" to 1/4" stereo adapters
(part number 090-345), and you're in business.

If you've never dealt with Parts Express before, I highly recommend
them.  It's located in the Dayton area, and is a great source for stuff
like that mentioned above, as well as a slew of other geeky pieces and
parts.  Prices are great, at least compared to Radio Shack.
