Maybe SUSE is unique..I am running openSUSE10.2 and 10.3Alpha2+.
Neither my /etc/profile file nor any .bashrc I look at indicates to me
where the PATHs come from. So THIS is my question. Where do PATHs
cooome from and how would I edit them for 'root' and 'user'? In fact
the only .bashrc file is one I created in order to add a path
statement.
