The Easiest way would be to:
yum install ksvalidator system-config-kickstart
and import the kickstart file that anaconda provided you. If
system-config-kickstart is too klunky, you can try to edit the
anaconda.ks file by hand (it isn't that hard -- you want to uncomment
out the partitioning scheme and save the file), and then run
ksvalidator on it to make sure that anaconda isn't going to grumble
about it.
Save your kickstart to a USB thumb drive or webserver, then:
linux ks=http://server/path/to/kickstart or
linux ks=hd:/block_device/kickstart
