[COLUG] Xen vs VMWare

Hi,

Is there anyone on the list who has experience with both of these
virtualization tools that can give a (brief) pros & cons of each?

I have been using VMWare for free up until this point, but I am
now facing having to actually pay for a copy.

I should note that I've been using VMWare Workstation. I am aware
they have a free Server version, but it appears to be less developed
than Workstation, at least for my needs.

Alternatively, if anyone knows of a *trusted* website with such a
comparison (i.e., one not run by a bunch of fanboys of one of the
technologies) that would be just as useful.
