I've had a Brother 2070N for about a year.  It works just fine for Linux
and Windows.  I don't have a Mac to test it with.

I have it configured in CUPS on my newer installations and using lpr on
a couple of older machines I keep around for various purposes.  If you
decide to go this route and have any trouble getting it setup, let me
know and I'll pass along the configuration information.
