Cannot recall that I have ever heard one competitor badmouth 
others that directly and still think it handles the 'highest' 
standards.

Disclaimer -- I have and have had colo boxes at, and have 
worked at or work with, QuickNet (now gone), and the Iwaynet 
brand (local new management and ownership, but still going 
strong -- it also 'did the right thing, and took over without 
interruption for NetSet customers when the NetSet ISP went 
under a while back) here in town.
