[COLUG] Problem Sending Mail

I use Evolution 2.6.1 under Ubuntu Dapper for email.  Until recently,
email has worked fine.  Lately, every once in a while (maybe two or
three times a week), Evolution is unable to send my email and I get a
message similar to:

RCPT TO <wxPython-users at lists.wxwidgets.org> failed: Error: queue file
write error

I can tell Evolution to re-send and sometimes it will successfully
resent, sometimes I get the same error message after a timeout. During
this time, Evolution seems to be able to receive email.  Eventually, I
can get Evolution to send the email.

Does anyone have any idea where the problem is?  Is it a problem with
the SMPT server at my ISP (Hughes Net satellite), with my connection to
the internet, on my workstation, or somewhere else?
