Cutecom and also minicom [COLUG]

I primarily use serial with the same port and settings (9600,n,8,1,- for
external device configuration).  I find Minicom works great for me, even
with different line settings.  I just turn off the modem init strings
and save the config as the default.

I also use gtkterm, occasionally.  I think minicom is the one I'm most
likely to use.  It's "user friendly" but somewhat heavyweight for my
usual needs...
