Boot looks about right.

Swap is 2x RAM, but no more than 1 GB.  And if you have 1 GB of RAM, I
would think about making swap only 500 MB or so (unless you anticipate
using a lot of memory intensive apps at the same time).  On my home
machine (using Ubuntu), I'll have two simultaneous logins (with full
Gnome desktop) on separate VT terminals, and after 3 weeks or so I might
start to to approach 1 GB of used RAM.  I don't think I've ever seen
more than about 10K of used swap on the system.

/ should probably be about 3 to 4 GB, so that you can get all your apps
installed.  My system is using 2.2 GB for /, but I've installed some
additional applications.

/home will be whatever is left over.
