ummm --- not at all -- T/S at Dell on cases I have had have 
had to do ram RMA swaps, has assented at once once memtest86+ 
failures were mentioned.  case numbers if you need them.

In dealing with Dell T/S ALWAYS 1) get a case numer at once; 
2) repeat the case nember back and have the rep verify it; 3) 
get the rep's 'name' and repeat that name back at every 
opportunity; 4) always have a 'what happens next review in the 
conversation as to escalation, if the problem doe snot resolve 
itself promptly.
