I'm getting DNS problems on www.globalherald.net depending 
on which ISP's DNS server's I use.

Also having difficulties connecting to your web server 
at 192.168.2.151. 

OK, but slow: 

   http://67.76.158.149/~josh/elgg_prod/jb01/weblog

Both of these get 404 errors: 

   http://67.76.158.149/jb01/weblog
   http://67.76.158.149/jb01/weblog/
