Sweet, thats what we currently use.
The install is pretty brainless, I have ran it on Gentoo and currently 
on Ubuntu.
We generally do not use the web based admin tool, and I have had issues 
with getting it to work right.
Another issue, possibly related to the hardware, is running it on a 
blade server. It seems to not like the way our IBM blade does the 
network switch attached to it. Other than that, we run 4 servers with 4 
VM's on them each with no issues.
The most used resources in order I have found are:
RAM
Drive Space
CPU

I would plan any servers with this in consideration, as VM's eat ram 
like candy. I have had no issues with CPU usage, but most of my servers 
are dual 3.8Ghz Xeons with dual cores :)
