FreeGeek Columbus would be happy to accept your discarded equipment!

We evaluate all donations, and re-use as much as we (reasonably) can.
Those items that can't be re-used are disassembled and responsibly recycled.

We do charge a mandatory $10 fee per monitor, regardless of condition:
our recycler charges us for monitors so we pass that cost on to you.
All other donations are accepted free of charge.

As a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, your hardware (and cash!)
donations are tax deductible. Monitors and the associated monitor fee
are _not_ deductible, however.

We're currently open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7 PM to 9
PM. You are welcome to stop by our (cold!) warehouse to see what we do,
and maybe even lend a hand! Our warehouse is on N. 4th St.:
