[COLUG] Open Office Opening Documents

Is there a way to override Open Office's default for opening documents?
I have a text file (with a .txt extension). The file is in CSV format.
In Nautilus, I right click on the file and select 'open with open
office.org spreadsheet application, but it opens it with the word
processor application. Similarly, if I am running OO spreadsheet and use
the open menu to open this document, it still opens it in OO word
processor.  The only way I've been able to open it in the spreadsheet
application is to change the file extension.
