[COLUG] 2007 Daylight savings change

We have several Redhat 7.3 machines running in our environment.

In reference to the daylight saving time change in the spring of 2007,
can I simply take the appropriate time zone data file
"/usr/share/zoneinfo/right/US/Eastern" on a RHEL4 machine and copy over
"/etc/localtime" on the rh7 machine?

Or, is there another way I should do this?
(I'm hoping we will do a complete upgrade later this year)
