I did it a few years back for solaris 9 and you don't have to be a master
sun person to get it, heck I never admined a sun box before hand. I used
two books to study and pasted both parts of the test the first time
around. You will need to know NIS, jump starting, sun admin tools and even
printers to start. I though it was harder than the RHCE test just because
it was multiply choice where any number of answers can be right/wrong, not
just one. I also had years of experience dealing with rehdat which I'm
sure helped. The RHCE is mostly a hands on test which I liked a lot more
but then it depends on how you test.
