[COLUG] Feisty right click problem

I am using Feisty and the right click doesn't work correctly. When I
select a file or folder using the right click, it backs up one level in
the directory, rather than bringing up the context menu containing
actions such as copy, paste, cut, etc. If I am at the highest directory
level, it does nothing (highest being my home directory).
It has worked properly in the past on this same computer.
Better yet, if I hold the right click button AND move the mouse, the
context menu appears as it used to work. I have looked through the
gestures setups and have found nothing. Googling only finds one other
reference to this, and it was a year ago and no confirmation and under
Gnome.
I have looked through all the KDE settings I can find and have found
nothing that fixes this problem. Other computers here at the office work
properly. I don't see any differences in their setup, other than I have
the latest upgrades and they do not.
Ideas are appreciated, besides downgrading or using Windows.
