FreeGeek Columbus (http://freegeekcolumbus.org) is a good outlet for
any old computer items that you want to get rid of. They put modern
working components into refurbished systems and give them to
volunteers (ideally people who wouldn't otherwise have access to a
computer) in exchange for 24 hours of service. Nonworking or old
components get recycled responsibly and the proceeds help pay the
rent!

Donations are tax-deductible with the exception of CRT monitors. There
is a $10 fee for recycling each CRT monitor, working or not, that is
also not tax-deductible.
