In that link eweek has a nice little slideshow of the
"most important Open Source Applications of all time"

Silly in a way because it is not like e-week is a major open source  
advocate but fun nonetheless.
Also I have not read E-week for a few years, maybe now that Linux  
world domination is at hand they have changed their tune.

A good overview perhaps and a nudge to encourage some of us to check  
some of the products out.

I have been meaning to explore NaGIOS for example. It is nice to see  
it listed in there..I am out of touch when did "ethereal" become  
"netshark" ?

Eclipse is continuing to be a big deal.

Webmin is a strange inclusion ? Is it used that much ? I have used  
it .. I was both impressed and disappointed depending on the module.

Also nice to see that they stayed out of the linux distro debate and  
just mentioned the linux kernel.
