Anyone have any experience with Hughes Net business Internet.

Web site says 2 Mbyte rate download 500 KByte upload with 1.25 GByte 
fair use limit over a 1-4 hour period.

I was wondering if they really enforce the fair use policy as stated, or 
if they enforce it for lessor amounts of data?

I would hate to do a 15 month contract to find out I can't download a 
Kubuntu CD without getting internet service for the rest of the month. 
They supposedly back down to 150 Kbyte rate for 8-12 hours if fair use 
policy is exceeded.

Any body know from experience or know some one I can speak with who has 
experience?
