I'm using their home service. I don't know the differences between home
and business. In their most recent newsletter, they announced a change
to the fair access policy. For home use, it used to be a limit of 175 MB
over an 8 hour period. The new policy will be a limit of 200 MB over a
24 hour period, with a 24 hour recovery policy. My experience with the
one time I exceeded the FAP was that the crippled speed was more like 50
K (dial up speed). I've resigned myself to not being able to download
any ISO images.

BTW, I think the change to the FAP is a material change to my contract
with them - under the old FAP, I could download about 425 MB a day
without triggering the limits, now only 200 MB, but I'm not sure what
luck I'd have fighting it.
