[COLUG] Ubuntu gksudo?

Hey,

I run ubuntu (various versions) on a couple of my boxes.  It alwys 
bothered me that when doing things through gnome, that if I needed root 
priviliages it would ask me for my password rather than the root 
password.  Is there a way to change this?  I like the default behaviour 
of Debian, and Fedora where it makes you enter the root password.  That 
way getting my account does not get you root.

On prior systems I had always left sudo disabled because the systems 
didn't need it.
