It's actually a preallocated filesystem of 20G (all one file, not split 
into 2G chunks).  I may just have to bite the bullet and buy a bigger 
primary hard disk.  I'll let everyone know how I get it to work, if I can.

I'm actually using this to run a copy of Vista Ultimate, and I'd rather 
not infect my bare metal with that beast.  :)  Plus it'd be nice to be 
able to migrate that particular installation between machines, but I don't 
know if VMWare lets the guest OS know that its host hardware has changed. 
I currently have it running under a 30G filesystem on this XP laptop.
