Also, for what its worth, if you have a Starbucks card you will soon be able to use Free wi-fi in the cafes, plus you now get free drip refills when you have a registered sb card.
I don't have a date for the free wi-fi there yet.

All Panera shops ask you to limit your time during their peak hours.
I walk to the Panera Bread on E. Broad St. and spend up to half a day on the wi-fi (but never over lunch). In the last month or so I have noticed that my connection gets 'dropped' right at the 2-hour mark -- I have to go back to the login page to get connected again.
Also, that shop has very few power outlets. Two (including one that I have used) are in the ceiling!
I haven't been to Cup-o-Joe in quite a while. Reason: Panera has free refills on coffee and tea.

They also have issues getting you a seat (especially near a power outlet)
during that time. Because of this, the one I go to has signs saying
there's a 30-minute limit on the wi-fi between 11:30 and 1:30.
