I did a fair bit of testing of Gutsy with Xen and I stopped using gutsy
as Dom0 because every time I shut the box down and as it tried to free
up memory it would lock up, there were other random lock-ups as well.

There is a few groups trying to get a better kernel patch written due to
free Xen efforts have kind of been ignored since Xen was sold to Citrix
and while Ubuntu has a patched 2.6.22 kernel it's not entirely stable imho.

I switched to a stable Debian Dom0 and haven't had a problem since, the
Xen configuration was identical, the big difference is Debian is using
2.6.18 kernel instead.
