Interesting....   I had some temperature problems with my old desk top and
started messing with lm_sensors.  I found a bunch of problems with the
3.0 release and upgraded to the svn versions.  The kind folks working on 
lm_sensors were very responsive and fixed my issues quickly.

I spend some time "tuning" /etc/sensors.conf and found a bunch of new 
information about my mother board.  I now graph my cpu and mother board
temp.
