http://www.laptopjacks.com should have the part you need. If I wasn't  
in the middle of moving, I'd offer my services as this is something I  
have done many times. Putting a new jack in isn't so bad. The hard  
part is getting the old one out. Getting to it can be a pain, often  
requiring complete disassembly. Also, if the old solder joints are  
still good, getting them desoldered is tough. I have a desoldering  
iron with a suction ball attached to a heated nozzle, but it is in a  
box somewhere right now. If you still need this worked on in a few  
weeks, email me off the list or give me a call. Hopefully I'll have my  
workbench set up by the middle of next month.
