I have a GC 614 number, but when I looked at Gizmoproject's website, the "free outgoing" seems to have a lot of strings attached.

Unless I misread it, to be on the free plan, you have to make at least one Gizmo-to-Gizmo call per week to keep it active, and there was something about having to refer someone as a new account. I stopped reading not long after that.

There used to be 614 numbers available, they are probably just all
claimed at this point.  When I signed up some time ago I had many 614
numbers to choose from.
