[COLUG] PXE and dhcrelay help

I am in need of a PXE Proxy and have been looking at dhcrelay, but I have had not luck getting it to work for what I need.

Here is my issue. I have a DHCP on another server that offers basic dhcp info to all locations. I also have router based "cisco" dhcp helpers at the locations to forward the dhcp request to the central server.
I now want to put a local Linux server that has TFTP services enabled and configured for pxelinux.0 and installations. (This all works fine)
The issue that I have is that none of the local Linux server will or can run a dhcp service.

So I am looking for something to answer only the PXE request and forward on the rest of the dhcp request. I have used these in the past on Windows and NetWare, but I can not find anything in Linux ( or I just can not get the correct syntax ?? )

Anyone solved this issue before ?

all Google searches end up with the same result "I think that you want dhcrelay". I can get dhcrelay to forward the request, but I am not sure if it can answer for part of the request. I am looking the options of next server 172.16.1.5 and filename "/boot/pxelinux.0"

thanks,
Mark
