I've had Speakeasy for a couple of years now. It's the residential ADSL
service with the VOIP package. One static IP for the network, and one for
the VOIP terminal. The customer service has been responsive and
knowledgable. I had to fiddle a bit with the Quality-of-service at the
beginning, but that's been fine since.

They were bought by Best Buy last year, and I've been on the lookout for
any kind of slide in service quality, but so far none has materialized. I
suppose it helps that I've used a couple of customer surveys to warn them
that I'm concerned about their fate under the new ownership.

FreeGeek Columbus uses Speakeasy at the shop. I can't speak directly to
the experience, as another one of the principals has done most of the work
setting it up, but it seems to have been as complaint-free as my
experience at home.
