You might also consider filing a complaint with the Ohio Attorney 
General's Office, Consumer Affairs Division.  I once had a problem with 
a company that, after a couple of months of dealing with people over the 
phone, claimsd it never got a letter from me.  So I resent it, with a 
CC: to the AG's office.  Mysteriously, the issue was resolved within a week.
