[COLUG] Switching ISP and needing advice...

Hello all!

I am contemplating a move from my current ISP (OneCommunications, 512 
S-DSL) to another service (wowway, 2Mb Down, 356kb up).

Since I host a few small web sites and an e-mail server, will I have 
problems having an fixed IP address in the wowway space (or any other 
similar ISP)?

I have had problems in the past with client systems not wanting to 
accept e-mail from servers with "residential" IP addresses.

Do you think I will have any problems?
