Problems?  Probably.
I certainly applaud you for fighting that fight,
but I have no time or energy for it these days.

Yeah ... this is what I am doing lately:
It's not Xen, but a FreeBSD "jail".  Works.
Still have some problems handling the inbound spam.
But web, DNS, and everything else works.  And I route all of my
outbound email through it so that people see email from me on a
consistent relay address.  And the hosting provider was happy to
plug in the PTR record at no charge.
