I did say etc ;) I couldn't be bothered listing all the options,
depending on how many websites/domains etc, might be cheaper to just pay
for web/email hosting, rather then trying to run it yourself, unless
there is a good reason.

Most should do this at least once for free, if they don't it's a sign of
how much it's likely to cost in future if you need any kind of support
services, apart from that a lot of people use forward and reverse
lookups as an anti-spam method these days, and some overly zealous RBL
admins go out of their way to black list anything apart from IPs that
reverse to mail.*
