[COLUG] Out of Range Error on Boot

I just installed OpenSUSE 10.3 on my Linux box and made a rather 
stupid mistake in that I set the monitor resolution incorrectly.  So 
I get an out of range message when I boot the system.

I did the same silly thing a couple of  months ago, set the 
resolution incorrectly, not installed Linux, but can't remember the 
assistance that I got from the list.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
