Since Hardy has been released Feisty might have been dumped from
mirrors, I can't remember how long support for Feisty was going to
continue so this might be a coincidence.

All I can suggest is trying to find a mirror that still has Feisty
packages or bite the bullet and upgrade, I found Gutsy and Hardy are
both more usable/stable then Feisty.

Apt should be able to do a dist-upgrade from fiesty -> gutsy -> hardy,
although I've jumped from dapper to hardy without too many manual
interventions also.
