[COLUG] Differences between RHEL and CentOS.

I'm doing a little research and I know there are CentOS people around here....

What are some of the actual differences between RHEL and CentOS (I 
understand the license and cost differences)?  I know it's supposed to be 
binary compatible, but I'm thinking more from an administration standpoint 
how might things differ?
