He may want to call TWCBC and make sure that they have his account
provisioned correctly -- the TWCBC customers in the Central Ohio
region are supposed to have a higher priority on traffic than the
residential customers -- or, that's the line that my Salescritter fed
me.
I also don't see any spike in latency or speed when people come home
-- that could be because I live in the middle of nowhere...
