I've flip-flopped between RHEL4/CentOS4 boxes and RHEL5/CentOS5 boxes
from the administrative standpoint. Between RHEL5 and CentOS 5 I
really don't run into much. Both have yum readily available for
software installation and updates.
Switching between CentOS4 and RHEL4 is certainly not difficult, but
CentOS4 uses yum out of the box, while a standard RHEL4 box still uses
up2date.
RHEL of course can use the Red Hat Network which has web based
management features to give you one place to push updates and such
from.
