[COLUG] SciTE Change Keyboard Shortcut

Hello Everyone,

This isn't so much a linux distro question, but more of a question about 
an app within linux. Does anyone know how to change the default 
shortcuts in SciTE?

I've googled around and found that you need to change an entry in 
SciTEGlobal.properties user.shortcuts (I think). Well, I added the 
command I wanted Ctrl+Shift+D|LineDelete| but it doesnt work. The 
default mapping for ctrl+shift+d is still in place. Is there there 
another file I need to edit or what? Feel free to direct me to the 
proper reading, which I haven't been able to locate yet. I have read the 
faq on the site but it didn't help me much.
